This dish is somewhat like a pasta but with Asian influences. Mushrooms, potato, cabbage and Evergreen fresh Le Mein noodles are coated in a rich, dark, glossy sauce of roasted fermented soybeans topped with fresh julienned cucumbers. It's a Korean classic!
