A comforting Italian classic made vegan – tender La Molisana cannelloni tubes with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling, baked in rich tomato sauce for a wholesome, hearty meal. For the ricotta we use a mixture of Nutrisoy tofu and our house-made cashew-based cheese sauce.
